Demonstration base: $0.06 per sq ft for offices, $0.055 for retail, $0.035 for warehouses, $0.085 for clinics. Minimum $85; $15 per washroom after the first; $20 kitchenette; $15 extra touch-point detail. Deep and move cleans use 1.65× and 1.9×. The range adds ±15%. Recurring visits apply sample adjustments of 0%, −5%, or −12% for biweekly, weekly, or weekday service. Monthly totals use 2.17, 4.33, or 21.67 visits.
